1. Course Enrollment
• Enrollment will be confirmed only after successful payment completion.
• Students must provide accurate information during registration.
• Access to the course will be provided through the official website/platform only.

2. Recorded Course Access
• All courses available on the website are Recorded Classes Only.
• Once enrolled, students will get access to the recorded course materials for 1 Year (12 Months) from the date of enrollment.
• After the validity period ends, access may automatically expire.
• Course access is provided only for personal learning purposes and must not be shared with others.

3. Strict No Refund Policy
• Since students receive instant access to digital recorded content, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• Once a student enrolls in any course:
– Refunds will not be provided
– Cancellation requests will not be accepted
– Fees cannot be transferred to another person or course
• Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons, incomplete course usage, or technical issues from the student’s side.

4. Rules & Regulations
• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Downloading, screen recording, redistributing, or uploading course content anywhere without permission is not allowed.
• Any misuse of course materials may lead to permanent account suspension without refund.
• Students must use the platform ethically and responsibly.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
• All videos, PDFs, notes, logos, course materials, and website content belong to HackSera Official NGO.
• Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

6. Technical Support
• Basic support related to course access will be provided when necessary.
• Students are responsible for maintaining a proper internet connection and compatible device for accessing the recordings.

7. Course Updates
• HackSera Official NGO reserves the right to update, improve, modify, or remove course content at any time for quality and educational purposes.

8. Account Suspension
• HackSera Official NGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:
– Terms & Conditions are violated
– Unauthorized sharing is detected
– Illegal or abusive activities occur on the platform
• In such cases, no refund will be provided.

9. Limitation of Liability
• HackSera Official NGO is not responsible for:
– Internet/network failures
– Device-related issues
– Temporary website downtime
– Individual learning results or job guarantees

10. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course on HackSera Official NGO website, the student confirms that:
• They understand the courses are recorded classes only
• They agree to the 1-Year access validity
• They accept the strict No Refund Policy
• They agree to follow all Rules & Regulations of the platform
